Craig Pickering

Craig Pickering is an experienced Field Installation and Maintenance Technician at Ryan Public Safety Solutions since August 2015, specializing in the installation and support of IP Telephony equipment in 911 call centers, along with remote support and configuration of various server and networking equipment. Previously, as an IT Consultant at Wesco Gas & Welding Supply Inc from April to June 2015, Craig led projects optimizing IT infrastructure and telecom services across multiple locations. From March 1995 to March 2015, as a Technical Support Analyst III at Aker Solutions, responsibilities included project design and implementation for remote offices, overseeing hardware refreshes, and providing end-user support. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Photography from Sam Houston State University, obtained in 1989.
