Alice P. Topping

Alice Phillips Topping is the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Ryan Specialty Group. Alice oversees all of the marketing and communications efforts for RSG corporately including RT Specialty and RSG Underwriting Managers.

Alice has been with Ryan Specialty Group since 2015 and has been a part of the insurance industry for roughly 18 years. Other insurance industry experience for Alice includes 17 years with Aon Benfield. During the second half of her time at Aon, Alice was responsible for the marketing and communications of the reinsurance brokerage operation, Aon Benfield. Alice has front line experience as a reinsurance broker for Aon where she handled specialty casualty/professional liability accounts. Alice’s insurance career began with a 12-month secondment at Lloyd’s of London.

Alice has her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University and has a BBA from Southern Methodist University.
