Emily Phillips

Emily Phillips, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner currently working at Ryan Specialty Group since September 2020. Prior to this role, Emily served as an HR Business Partner at All Risks, Ltd from November 2014 to September 2020 and at the University of Maryland Medical System from April 2012 to November 2014. Emily began their career in human resources and management at SmartCEO, where positions included Business Manager/HR Coordinator and Office and Customer Service Manager from March 2007 to April 2012. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Quinnipiac University and is a graduate of The John Carroll School.
