Charles Frey

Charles Frey is an experienced Project Manager at Rybovich since March 2013, responsible for representing the shipyard to customers and managing project schedules and budgets to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Previously, as Facilities Manager, Charles oversaw facility maintenance and improvements while managing a diverse team. Charles also served as Mechanical/Hardware Trade Lead, focusing on mechanical maintenance and repair of yachts. Prior experience includes instructing enlisted students at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command and supervising engineering operations on the USS Montpelier. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology and an Associate of Science in Radiation Protection from Thomas Edison State University.
