Heather Gatley

Heather Gatley serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Ryder System, Inc., leading the Global Labor Employment Legal Department and providing expert counsel on labor and employment law across organizational levels at the $6 billion public company. With extensive experience in labor and employment law, Gatley's previous roles include Vice President/Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel at Ryder, Business Development at G3 Capital Partners, and Executive Vice President of Services and General Counsel at AlphaStaff. Gatley began the legal career as an Employment Attorney and Chair of the Miami Labor and Employment Department at Steel Hector and Davis, supervising a team of attorneys and handling diverse employment matters. Gatley holds a JD with High Honors from the University of Florida and a BS in Speech Communications from Penn State University.
