Michael Renaud

Michael Renaud has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Michael began their career at Office Depot in 1997, where they worked as an Assistant Store Manager for 17 years until 2014. In 2014, they joined Rydin as a Software Support Specialist, responsible for addressing customer support queries and transitioning clients into new school years. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Sales Manager at Rydin.

Michael Renaud obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Leading Virtual Teams" from the American Management Association in June 2017, "Certificate of Completion in Fundamentals of Sales Management" from the American Management Association in December 2016, "Certificate of Completion in Management Skills for New Managers" from the American Management Association in November 2016, and "Breakthrough Sales" from Dale Carnegie in May 2014.
