Leslie Ballinger

Leslie Ballinger is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in procurement, compliance, security, and investigations. Currently serving as a Procurement and Compliance Specialist at RYE Consulting since February 2021, Leslie previously held the role of General Manager as a stay-at-home parent since June 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Security Specialist for the Department of the Navy from July 2015 to June 2020, as well as Investigator roles at CACI International Inc and USIS. Earlier career experience also includes serving as a Paralegal at Miorini Law, PLLC and as a Corps Member with Teach For America. Leslie holds a Master’s degree in Education from Christian Brothers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida.
