Sandi Denton

Sandi Denton, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director at Ryerson, overseeing the HR operations for over 600 employees across 20+ facilities since September 2023. Previously, Sandi worked for Overhead Door Corporation from 2007 to 2023, where roles included Corporate Human Resources Director, Corporate HR & Administration Manager, and Regional Human Resources Manager, contributing significantly to team member engagement and leading the Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. Earlier experience includes positions as HR Generalist at Edward Don & Company and Payroll/HRIS Manager at Micro-ASI, Inc., along with HR roles at Southwestern Financial Services Corporation. Sandi holds a BA in History from The University of Texas at Arlington.
