Ian Moss

Ian Moss started their work experience in 1991 at Advent Publishing Systems Ltd as a Software Developer. Ian then worked as a Support Engineer at Atex from 1994-1996, providing installation, configuration, integration, and support for Atex products.

From 1996-2001, Ian worked as a Technology Consultant at Newsquest, where they focused on systems integration for Atex Advertising and Editorial Systems. During this time, they worked closely with the business to design and build IT solutions to support full-page digital printing.

In 1999, Ian became a Director/Consultant at ILM Consultancy Ltd, where they worked until 2013.

Additionally, from 1999-2000, Ian worked as a Technology Consultant at Guardian Group.

From 2008-2012, Ian worked at News International (News Corp) as a Technical Lead. Here, they developed and supported multi-channel advertising systems and led a development team in creating a self-service advertising system for the Times and the Sun newspapers. Ian then moved to the emerging digital department, taking responsibility for the build, test, and release of market-leading digital products for the Times and the Sun.

Ian then joined Pearson plc in 2013 as a Technical Lead, leading technology for various Pearson English projects. Ian was responsible for the full software lifecycle, from design to delivery. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Solution Architect, where they continued until 2019.

Most recently, Ian Moss joined Ryff in 2019 as the VP of Engineering.

Ian Moss attended the University of Southampton from 1988 to 1991, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
