Jollene Norton

Jollene Norton, SPHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. Since June 2021, Jollene has held the position of Director, Human Resources I DEI I ESG at both Backbone Media, LLC and rygr. Prior to these roles, Jollene served as Director of Business Operations and Human Resources at Steel Sports from January 2015 to 2020, contributing to a network focused on sports and lifestyle experiences. Jollene’s career began at Steel Partners Holdings, where responsibilities included Investor Relations, Project Management, and various executive roles from 2003 to 2015. Jollene's academic background includes education from the University of Colorado Boulder, the University of Denver, and Oklahoma State University.
