Tony Ventimiglia is the Director of Alternative Staffing and leads the contract hiring initiatives for the IG360 group within Clark Hill.
Before joining Clark Hill, Tony held account management, recruitment, executive, and operational roles within large, national staffing companies. He built sales and recruiting teams, managed client interactions on large document review projects, budgeted and projected costs and revenues, and negotiated, drafted, and executed leases and staffing contracts.
Tony served as an 0351 Anti-Armor Assaultman in United States Marine Corps infantry after high school where he learned leadership skills. When he ended his service, he was the Assault Section Leader of a Weapons Platoon; a billet normally reserved for a Staff Sergeant. He lead 17 Marines at the time he transitioned into civilian life.
Tony utilized his GI Bill benefits to earn a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with High Distinction in Accounting from the University of Michigan – Flint. Tony earned the Flint Scholar award multiple times and was almost always on the Dean’s List.
After graduating, Tony began his career as a Cost Accountant for an auto supplier but shortly transitioned into an accounting and finance recruiting role where he quickly became the top billing recruiter. He launched the Finance and Accounting staffing group for another company and shortly after began attending law school on a scholarship. In his 3L year, he transitioned into an Account Management and Executive role in the legal staffing arena. Tony earned his Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. He earned five Certificates of Merit for the highest grades in Modern Real Estate Transactions, Environmental Law, Property Law I and II, and Torts II during his tenure. Tony also earned the Student Scholarship from the State Bar of Michigan’s Real Property Section.
Tony passed the Michigan Bar Exam on his first attempt and is licensed to practice law in Michigan.
