Chris Caselton

Chris Caselton has extensive experience in cost analysis and quantity surveying spanning nearly three decades. Currently a Senior Cost Analyst at Ryman Healthcare since November 2019, Chris previously served as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Rider Levett Bucknall, where responsibilities included leading the QS on the Christchurch Town Hall refurbishment and providing QS services for essential governmental projects. Prior roles include Associate at Bailey Partnership, Area Manager at Turner & Townsend overseeing significant university construction projects, and Senior Quantity Surveyor positions at Hookway Partnership and Gleeds, among others. Chris holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Salford, attained in 1995.
