Martin Hougaard

Martin Hougaard has a diverse work experience history. Martin began their career as a Firefighter and Team Leader at Århus Brandvæsen from 2002 to 2009. Martin then transitioned into the finance field, working as a Financial Controller, Business Controller, and Finance Manager at Harboes Bryggeri A/S from 2009 to 2011. After that, they moved on to the LEGO Group, where they served as a Senior Business Controller from 2011 to 2015. Martin then joined Carlsberg Group, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Finance Business Partner and Regional Finance Project Manager from 2015 to 2021. Most recently, they worked as a Finance Manager FP&A and Standard Costing at Danpo A/S from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of CFO at Rynkeby Foods A/S since 2022.

From 2003 to 2009, Martin Hougaard attended Aarhus University, where they obtained their degree in Cand. Oecon. Martin studied Economics and Business Management during this time.
