Riza Akgün

Riza Akgün has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Riza is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at RYTLE since 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at KRONE Commercial Vehicle Group, including CEO & Board Member KRONE Turkey from 2019 to 2022, and CEO Turkey from 2011 to 2022. Riza also worked at ZF Group as the Technischer Leiter / Technical Manager from 2007 to 2010. Before that, they were associated with MAN Truck & Bus AG, where they served as the Bereichsleiter Produktion / Vice President Production from 1997 to 2007, and as the Leiter Prototypen-Zentrum / Manager Prototype Center from 1999 to 2003. Their early career began as a Projektingenieur / Project Engineer at Teledoor Melle Isoliertechnik GmbH from 1991 to 1997.

Riza Akgün completed their Diplom in Diplom-Ingenieur Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering) from Fachhochschule Bielefeld, from the year 1987 to 1991. In the year 1997 to 1998, they pursued a Zertifikat (Certificate) in Business Management for Engineers from Ankara Üniversitesi Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesi. Furthermore, from 1987 to 1989, they attended Leibniz Universität Hannover and studied Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering), although the specific degree attained during this period is not mentioned.
