Tracie Horn has over 21 years of experience in cost management, currently serving in that capacity at S&A Homes since April 2002. Prior to this role, Tracie Horn held clerical positions at Yoder Builders and Warrior Run Development Group from 1995 to 1999, gaining foundational experience in the construction industry.
