David Baxter

David Baxter is an experienced professional in the construction and facility management fields, currently serving as an Estimator at S.A. Morman & Co. since October 2017. Prior to this role, David held the position of Project Manager at BCI Construction from May 2014 to July 2017 and worked as an Assistant Manager at Bagel Beanery from December 2008 to May 2014. In addition to these roles, David interned in Facility Management with Aramark during the summer of 2013, gaining valuable experience with the Director of Operations and General Managers at prominent Chicago venues, including Navy Pier and McCormick Place. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Facility Management from Ferris State University, obtained in 2014.
