Jennifer MacQueen

Director, Customer Success at S-Docs Inc.

Jennifer MacQueen has over 25 years of work experience, spanning multiple industries. Jennifer started their career as a ski instructor at Aspen Skiing Company in 1996. Jennifer then worked as a Financial Consultant and Account Manager at Charles Schwab from 1999 to 2004. From 2011 to 2016, they worked in Compliance at Transamerica. In 2016, they joined CommercialTribe as a Senior Director of Customer Success, where they developed relationships with enterprise clients and identified opportunities for increased engagement and sales. Jennifer then worked at Conga from 2019 to 2023, first as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, and later as a Customer Success Director. Currently, Jennifer is working at S-Docs as a Customer Success Director, a role they started in 2023.

Jennifer MacQueen studied Political Science and Government at UC Santa Barbara from 1992 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Jennifer later obtained the Conga Contracts for Salesforce certification from Conga in August 2019, and also completed the Conga CLM End-User Accreditation and Conga CPQ End-User Accreditation certifications from the same institution.
