Yau Young Lim

Yau Young Lim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing, operations, and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer and Deputy General Manager at S Ecosystem (M) Sdn Bhd, Yau focuses on transforming the digital retail landscape in Malaysia by enhancing customer relationship management and loyalty initiatives. Yau also holds the position of Director at Genesis Resources Limited, contributing to the exploration of mineral reserves. Previous roles include Director at Malaysia Purple League, where Yau played a key role in organizing the country's first professional badminton league, and Chief Operating Officer at SH Retail Academy, aimed at supporting Malaysian SMEs in the retail sector.
