Raquel Porciúncula

Raquel Porciúncula is an experienced professional with a strong background in information security, IT governance, and data compliance. Currently serving as Head of GRC and Data Compliance Officer at Sport Lisboa e Benfica since June 2018, Raquel also holds significant roles within the ISO framework as co-editor for JTC 1/WG13 on SD Trustworthiness and ISO 27003, representing Portugal. Active in itSMF Portugal since June 2014, Raquel has contributed as Secretary to both CT191 and CT163, along with being a Board Member. Raquel's auditing expertise is evident from the role at APCER since 2017, while prior experience includes Consulting Director and Managing Partner at Ozona Consulting and ITSM Consultant at Novabase. Raquel has an academic foundation in Computer Science from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a postgraduate degree in Data Protection Law from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa.
