Aaron Wyatt

Aaron joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2004 as a Community Manager for one of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.’s apartment communities. After serving in several different capacities during his first nine years with the company, Aaron now serves as Senior Vice President and Co-Director of Operations for the Multifamily Department.

In this role, Aaron oversees the operations of properties throughout Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. He is also responsible for managing a corporate staff, developing new apartment management business and overseeing major rehabilitation projects. Aaron works hand-in-hand with the Multifamily Development department on all new development projects as well. To-date, Aaron has directly overseen the opening and lease-up of 15 new developments from the point of construction through stabilization.
