Kevin Riley

As the Director of Design & Construction, Kevin oversees the design and construction processes for multifamily and retail developments. Kevin brings 30-plus years of experience that ranges from Southern California to New York and the Mid-Atlantic region. In the Hampton Roads region, he has had a hand in crafting the landscape he see and live in every day with his involvement in Virginia Beach Town Center, City Center at Oyster Point and many projects in Downtown Norfolk, including the S.L. Nusbaum Realty headquarters building, the Wells Fargo Center.
