Rob Stanton

A seasoned professional with over 30 years of property management experience, Rob joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2006 and manages a team that oversee the daily operation of approximately 80 commercial properties in three states. His responsibilities include establishing the Commercial Management Department’s policies and procedures, overseeing the annual property budget process and property insurance program, reviewing real estate tax assessments, conducting property financial analyses, providing property evaluations, resolving major Landlord-Tenant issues, and handling Owner inquiries.

Education Graduate of Washington and Lee University- Bachelor of Arts.
