Stephanie Pyburn

Stephanie began her career with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2014 as the Multifamily Internet Marketing Specialist. She started her career in the multifamily industry in 2008 as a Leasing Consultant. Since then, she has managed 3 award-winning communities and served as Training Manager before coming to S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.

Stephanie’s goal is to ensure that the properties she manage are proactively putting their best foot forward when it comes to their online presence. Her primary focus is in the strategy, execution, maintenance and optimization of all online marketing channels to drive lead generation in support of the overall team goals. Her biggest passion is teaching and coaching.
