Melissa Jendzejec-Blanchard, MBA, PMP has a solid work history, spanning several years across various companies. Melissa is currently the Director of Business Transformation at S-One Holdings Corporation, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, from July 2014 to April 2022, they worked at Sihl Inc. as the Director of Marketing and Senior Product Manager. Melissa also has considerable experience at Arkwright Advanced Coating, where they served as a Senior Project Manager from January 2002 to July 2014. Melissa'scareer started at Arkwright in June 1998 as a Process Engineer and ended in December 2001.

Melissa Jendzejec-Blanchard, MBA, PMP, received their B.S. in Chemical & Ocean Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, where they attended from 1993 to 1998. Following that, they pursued their MBA at the University of Rhode Island from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2007 and acquired their Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in October 2004.
