Janice Harkins

Janice Harkins possesses a diverse professional background with experience in program management, dispute resolution, and procurement. Currently serving as a Program Manager at S Phase since January 2021, Janice previously held the position of Program Coordinator at the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution for nearly a year. Prior roles include Purchasing & Procurement Specialist at the Judicial Council Administrative Office of The Courts, alongside various accounting positions. Janice's early career featured a role as Head Volleyball Coach at Crush South Volleyball and as a Marketing Intern at Initials, Inc. Academically, Janice Harkins earned a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, from Truett McConnell University, completing studies in 2022 and 2016, respectively.
