Joseph Taylor, PhD, has a diverse work experience in research and technical roles. From 2023, they currently serve as the Research & Technical Director at Hopsteiner. Prior to that, they worked at Labbeemint, Inc. from 2013 to 2023, serving as the Technical Director and earlier as the Technical Manager. From 2009 to 2013, Joseph worked at the Naval Research Laboratory, first as a Federal Research Chemist and later as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist. Joseph also worked as a Staff Scientist at Nova Research, Inc. from 2008 to 2009. Joseph began their career as a Graduate Researcher at the University of California, Riverside from 2003 to 2008, where they developed microfluidic techniques and designed biosensors. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in various scientific research areas and has mentored and collaborated with other scientists.
Joseph Taylor, PhD obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a minor in Engineering/Physics from Westmont College, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Joseph then pursued a Master of Science degree in Chemistry at the University of California, Riverside from 2003 to 2004. Continuing their education at the same institution, Joseph earned a Doctorate in Analytical Chemistry, completing their studies from 2003 to 2008.
