Adam Baines is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at SSENSE since January 2022. At SSENSE, Adam builds recruitment strategies and manages daily recruitment across technology, corporate, and operations teams while overseeing recruitment operations, enablement, learning & development, and data & insights. Previously, Adam held various roles in talent acquisition, including Senior Manager at Canada Goose, where Adam expanded the talent acquisition function from a single-person team to a robust department handling global recruitment, operations, and employer brand.
