Anh-Tu Nguyen

Anh-Tu Nguyen, CRHA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Their most recent position was as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at SSENSE starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Reitmans Canada Ltée/Ltd from June 2019 to July 2023.

Before joining Reitmans, Anh-Tu worked at CIBC as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition from June 2015 to June 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition Team in Quebec and Atlantic Canada, partnering with the business to find top talents and develop a diverse talent pool.

Anh-Tu's earlier experience includes working as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at TD from November 2011 to June 2015, where they led the Talent Acquisition Team for TD Insurance in Eastern Canada. They also held various roles at TELUS and TELUS Mobility from 2000 to 2011, including Manager of Recruitment and Human Resources Consultant.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Anh-Tu served in the Canadian Forces as an Officer CIC (Air) and Infantry Officer from January 1991 to November 1999. With a strong background in talent acquisition and management, Anh-Tu has developed expertise in recruitment strategies, team leadership, and building diverse talent pipelines.

Anh-Tu Nguyen, CRHA obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Université de Montréal in the years 1992-1996. Additionally, Anh-Tu Nguyen earned a Certificate in Human Resources from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) during the years 1996-1998. Along with their academic qualifications, Anh-Tu Nguyen holds several certifications in leadership communication, recruitment focused on performance, diversity and inclusion, inclusive leadership, and cultural sensitivity obtained from LinkedIn. They have also obtained the CRHA - CHRP certification, although the institution and year of completion are unspecified.
