Matthew Corcoran

Matthew Corcoran has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Senior Director of People and Head of Global Compensation at SSENSE since July 2016. Previous roles at SSENSE include Director of Global Compensation and Senior HR Manager. Matthew has led the HR department in driving business partnerships, designing performance strategies, and managing compensation programs. Prior to SSENSE, Matthew held positions at Groupe-conseil Solertia as a Senior Human Resources Consultant, specializing in HR audits, pay equity, and succession planning, and at Globex 2000 in various HR and compliance roles. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Strategic Human Resources from McGill University and a BCom in Psychology for Management, combining expertise in HRM practices with a strong educational foundation in strategic planning and compliance.
