Melissa M.

Melissa M. has extensive work experience in operations and fulfillment roles. Melissa currently holds the position of Vice President of Global Fulfillment Operations at SSENSE since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Wayfair as the Director/Head of North America Fulfillment Network from July 2020 to April 2022, and as the Director of Regional Operations from May 2019 to July 2020. Before joining Wayfair, Melissa worked at Tesco, where they held several roles, including Director of Tesco.com UK Online Fulfillment Operations from March 2018 to May 2019, Head of Customer Fulfillment Strategy and Business Planning from January 2017 to March 2018, and Online Customer Fulfillment Centre Manager from March 2015 to January 2017. Melissa also worked at Lloyds Banking Group, where they held positions such as Process Improvement Manager from May 2009 to September 2010, Service Improvement Project Leader from November 2007 to May 2009, and Customer Service Operations Team Manager from July 2004 to November 2007.

Melissa M. attended the University of Dundee from 2003. Melissa obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Social Science degree. In addition to their degree, Melissa M. has also obtained several certifications including Agile Programme Management, PRINCE 2 Practitioners, and Green Belt Accredited - Lean Six Sigma from Tesco PLC.
