Tiffany Simmons

Tiffany Simmons is an experienced fraud management professional with a strong background in fraud prevention and analysis. Since March 2013, Tiffany has held multiple roles at SSENSE, progressing from Fraud Prevention to Fraud Manager, where responsibilities include monitoring orders, analyzing fraud trends, and training new team members. Prior to SSENSE, Tiffany worked as an Operations Analyst at Global Interactive Support, focusing on fraud control in online gambling, and served as Team Lead of Fraud Investigations at GIS, where training and manual development were key contributions. Earlier experience at NCO Financial Systems included roles as a Fraud Specialist and Collector, emphasizing customer service and issue resolution skills. Tiffany's education includes studies at Dawson College from 2006 to 2008.
