Emma Rees

Emma Rees is currently the Legal & Compliance Director at STR Group, providing strategic support in contracts, risk management, and international expansion. Prior to this, Emma held roles at Gattaca as the Group Commercial Manager, Risk Manager, and Compliance Manager, handling high-risk contractor monitoring and management. Emma also has experience at IBM as a Project Manager and Hardware Planning & Management Team Lead. Emma holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Portsmouth.
