Sophie Bowdery

Sophie Bowdery has over a decade of experience in the finance and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Project Analyst and Senior Contractor Payroll Administrator at STR Group since February 2013, Sophie oversees a team of Payroll Administrators and manages contractor timesheets, holiday requests, and payroll queries. Prior to this role, Sophie worked as a Retail Sales Consultant at Lloyds Banking Group from September 2011 to February 2013, where responsibilities included meeting sales targets and handling complex customer inquiries and complaints, enhancing communication and problem-solving skills. Sophie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and Forensic Studies from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 2011, and academic qualifications from Rainham Mark Grammar School, culminating in A Levels and GCSEs.
