Ashley Balajadia

Ashley Balajadia is a dedicated professional currently serving as a People and Culture Generalist and previously as a People and Culture Admin at S2 Capital since September 2022. Prior experience includes an EdEN Intern role at the Austin Independent School District, where lesson development aligned with educational goals for fifth-grade students from August 2021 to May 2022. Leadership experience encompasses serving as President of Sigma Phi Omega Sorority Inc., facilitating new member selection and delivering presentations on organizational activities. Additional roles within the sorority included Standards Board Chair, National Ambassador, and Council Delegate, contributing to policy implementation, monitoring member conduct, and enhancing inter-chapter relations. Balajadia holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in August 2022.
