Michael L. Klatt

Michael L. Klatt, CISSP, currently serves as Cybersecurity Manager and Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer at S2 Global since January 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Information System Security Manager from June 2018 to April 2024, where responsibilities encompassed collaboration with Defense Security Service Security Control Assessors and Authorizing Officials, negotiating security plans, and overseeing accreditation processes. Michael's tenure at Raytheon from December 2006 to June 2018 involved developing Information System Security Officer training materials and contributing to enterprise cyber policy. Previous roles include serving as an Intelligence Research Specialist at the US Department of Justice and as a contractor/Web Developer/GIS Analyst for the US Environmental Protection Agency. Michael's earlier experience includes positions in banking and as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. Michael holds an MBA in Organizational Management from Norwich University and a BA in Geography from California State University Dominguez Hills, along with an AA in Military Science and Operations from New Mexico Military Institute.
