Stephen Dynako is a Climate Finance Consultant, currently engaged with S2 Strategies and the Climate Access Fund, following a tenure at Raise Green where responsibilities included due diligence and impact measurement for climate-focused issuers. With a diverse background spanning roles such as Business Advisor and Director of Programming at Shift/Co, as well as founding The Social Chrysalis and serving as Program Director at HUMANITY'S TEAM, Stephen has demonstrated a commitment to conscious business practices and social impact. Previous experience includes senior management positions in risk management at BMO Harris Bank and JPMorgan Chase, where Stephen fostered collaborative environments and enhanced operational efficiencies. Stephen holds a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University Chicago and is a Certified Conscious Business Change Agent.
