Brian Kuzdas

Brian Kuzdas has a strong background in the real estate industry, with extensive experience as a CEO and Founder of various companies.

In 1990, they founded Brookshire Investments, Inc and served as the CEO. Brian obtained their Illinois real estate license in 1985 and worked for Budraitis Realty before joining McKey & Poague, where they became the managing broker of one of their locations.

In 1997, Kuzdas founded OwnACondo.com, a company that showcased properties for sale. Brian also started RE Management (REM) during this time, providing consultation and overseeing all aspects of real estate investments for clients.

In 2011, Kuzdas founded BankREOs.com to facilitate the purchase and liquidation of bank-owned properties. Brian later launched RealEstateAuctions.com, where they served as CEO and Founder. Under this brand, they conducted a successful condo expo called "OwnACondo.com" and introduced the concept of auctioning bank-owned REOs.

In 2016, Kuzdas founded RE Inspections, a company that provides professional property inspections to ensure safety and functionality.

In 2017, they started FlippingProperty.com, an educational platform for real estate flipping, where they taught the popular "Ten Steps to Flipping Property."

Currently, Kuzdas is the CEO and Co-Founder of S2A Modular, a company focused on building modular homes. Brian was introduced to this concept during the process of purchasing a property in 2018.

Brian Kuzdas attended the American Conservatory of Music from 1983 to 1985, where they studied music. Brian has also obtained certifications including the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) from the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) in March 2012.
