Lance Lowrey

Lance Lowrey has a wide range of experience in the construction and design industry. Lance currently holds the position of Chief Design Officer at S2A Modular, where they are involved in the development of custom luxury homes using modular constructions. Lance's role includes troubleshooting and improving the modular construction process.

Prior to their current position, Lance founded Gaea Design in 2009, where they served as the President of the Power House Design Group. Lance started this venture to utilize their extensive home design experience.

Lance also worked as the Design & Engineering Manager at Superior Homes LLC from 2016 to 2018. Lance has experience in community relations through their role as a Community Relations professional at FEMA from 2011 to 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Construction Analyst at the Small Business Administration for a brief period in 2011.

In their earlier years, Lance held various design positions. Lance served as the Architectural Design Manager at Details Homes, where they managed the architectural drafting department and coordinated the design process. Lance was also the Head Designer and Drafter at MSM Design Group, LLC, where they were involved in commercial design projects and other design phases.

Other experiences include working as a Senior Designer at Haven Custom Homes, Drafting and Design Department Manager at Skyline Homes, and Supervising Multi Task Draftsman at Terrace Homes. In these roles, Lance was responsible for the design and drafting of custom and modular homes.

Throughout their career, Lance has demonstrated extensive knowledge and expertise in home design, drafting, and modular construction.

Lance Lowrey attended Nekoosa High School from 1982 to 1986. After completing high school, they pursued further education at Western Wisconsin Technical College in LaCrosse. Lance obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Arts from this institution and graduated in 1994.
