Juan Parada

Juan Parada is an experienced professional in information technology with a strong background in service desk operations and accounts management. Currently serving as a Watch Officer at S2i2, Inc. since November 2022, Juan previously held various roles including Accounts Management Administrator and Service Desk Technician at NCI Information Systems, Inc. from November 2019 to November 2022. Juan's extensive experience also includes leadership as a Service Desk Team Lead at Advanced Systems Development, Inc. and roles in troubleshooting and user support across multiple organizations. Juan is pursuing a degree in Information Technology at the American Public University System, building on prior education at Northern Virginia Community College.
