Jeff Messina has extensive work experience in the finance industry, spanning various roles and responsibilities. Jeff is currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Quantitative Investment Advisory & Predictive Analytics at S3 Partners since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Data Science Advisory at Millennium from August 2020 to December 2021, where they delivered quantitative tools, analytics, and insights to enhance risk-adjusted returns for discretionary fundamental teams.
From December 2017 to July 2020, Jeff was the Managing Director - Deep Research at WorldQuant, where they built a new business within the company that systematized all aspects of the discretionary fundamental long/short investment process. Jeff co-managed a team of researchers across multiple offices worldwide and authored thought leadership publications.
Before that, they founded Innovus Capital in September 2014 and served as the Founder and Managing Member until January 2017.
