Milo Merlo Kasuku has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Milo started their career at Foot Locker as a Sales Employee from June 2008 to March 2013. From April to May 2013, they worked as a Community Management Intern at Voxafrica TV, where they were responsible for digital communication. Following this, they worked at Basic-Fit as a Sales Employee in 2014. In 2017, they served as an Assistant Communication Marketing at Howard Agency, assisting with digital strategy and recruitment campaigns. In 2018, they worked as a Project Manager at Wibicom, specializing in creative communication and website development. Most recently, they joined S4I - La solution de paiement in December 2019. Milo started as a Business Sales Representative, focusing on prospecting and identifying client needs through various channels such as cold-calling and recommendations. Milo later became a Sales Director in June 2020, where they continue to contribute their expertise in sales and business development.

Milo Merlo Kasuku pursued their education starting from 2015 till 2018. Milo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Étude de la communication et des médias from ISFSC during this period. In 2016, they also completed a Formation journalistique in Journalism from Alter MediaLab.
