Miyeon Kim

Miyeon Kim has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, holding various management positions. Miyeon is currently serving as the VP of Operations Florida at SA Hospitality Group since May 2022. Before that, they worked as the Director of Operations at ETARU and INKO NITO Restaurants from January 2019 to April 2022. Miyeon also served as the General Manager at Zuma Japanese Restaurant from September 2010 to January 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Operations Manager at Ichiban Properties Inc. from March 2003 to September 2010, and as the General Manager and FOH Manager at Ichiban Inc. from September 2002 to June 2010.

Miyeon Kim earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from the Florida State University - College of Business. Miyeon attended the college from 1997 to 2001.
