Lucía Bellocchio

Lucía Bellocchio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in smart city consulting, urban trends, and legal advisory roles. As the Founder and Executive Director of Trend Smart Cities since April 2019, Lucía leads initiatives that provide consulting, education, and advisory services focused on creating sustainable urban environments. Lucía also contributes as a columnist for El Observador (Uruguay) and La Nacion, discussing urban trends and sustainable development. Additionally, Lucía serves as the Director of the Diploma in Smart Cities at Universidad Austral (Argentina). Prior legal experience includes roles as an Attorney at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and a Deputy Judge in Buenos Aires. Lucía holds an MBA in Business Analytics and Big Data from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Buenos Aires.
