Chantelle van der Schyff

Chantelle Van der Schyff began their work experience in 2012 with vacation work at Mills & Groenewalt attorneys. In 2016, they worked as a vacation student at VDMA Attorneys. In the same year, they joined Smit Sewgoolam Incorporated as a candidate attorney, where they worked until 2018. At Smit Sewgoolam Incorporated, Chantelle had various roles, including junior associate from 2019 to 2020, associate from 2020 to 2021, and senior associate from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they work at SA Taxi as part of the Debt Capital Markets team, where they are responsible for legal deal implementation and post-close deal management.

Chantelle Van der Schyff has a diverse education history. Chantelle started their educational journey at HTS Vereeniging from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained their Matric degree. Following that, they attended North west university Vaal Triangle Campus from 2012 to 2014, earning a BCom Law degree with a field of study in Law. Chantelle then pursued further education at North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit from 2015 to 2016, focusing on a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
