Lethiwe Xakaza

Lethiwe Xakaza has a comprehensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Lethiwe started their career as a Finance and Insurance Manager at China Auto Manufacturers from September 2009 to August 2012. Lethiwe then joined Standard Bank Fleet Management as a Vehicle Purchasing Consultant from September 2012 to March 2015, where they were responsible for sourcing new vehicles, negotiating pricing, and increasing revenue. Lethiwe then moved to Standard Bank Group, where they held multiple roles. From April 2015 to July 2019, they worked as a Commercial Asset Finance Specialist, supporting businesses in acquiring asset finance and collaborating with various stakeholders. Lethiwe later transitioned to the role of a Business Development Officer, starting in July 2019 and continuing till the present, where their responsibilities include growing market share, generating new business, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In 2022, they joined SA Taxi as a Business Development Officer.

Lethiwe Xakaza began their education in 2017 by enrolling in the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Lethiwe pursued a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences degree in the field of Accounting, and this educational journey is expected to continue until 2023. In the same year, Lethiwe also attended the Financial Planning Institute, where they obtained a Certificate in RE 5, although the duration of this program was only a single year.
