Mats Wicksell

Mats Wicksell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mats has worked at Saab since 2006, where they held various roles of increasing responsibility. From 2006 to 2009, they served as an Integration Manager. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Assistant Technical Programme Manager, and later became a Technical Program Director until 2012. Mats then took on the position of Head of Product Management Airborne Surveillance Solutions from 2011 to 2013. From 2014 to 2020, they held the role of Head of Product Area LSI. Following that, from 2020 to 2023, they served as the Vice President Head of Business Unit Combat Systems. Currently, Mats holds the position of Senior Vice President, Head of Business Area Kockums in Saab since 2023.

Prior to joining Saab, Mats worked at Combitech AB as a Verification Manager in 2004 and 2005.

Mats Wicksell attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1998, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
