Roger Liedberg

Roger Liedberg has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Roger started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Knigh Industriteknik, working as a CAD/Mechanical Engineer and Consultant. Roger then joined Saab as a System Engineer, specializing in Ejection Seat and the Canopy Fracturing System. After that, they briefly worked at Nokia Home Communications as a Program Manager for Open Standards Terminal. Returning to Saab, Roger held various roles including Project Manager for the Escape System Saab Gripen, Manager for Computer Systems Design and Integration, Deputy Area Manager for Airborne Computer Systems, and Project Manager for Gripen NG Avionic Systems and Simulators. Roger later served as a Project Manager for Mission Support Systems and Aviate & Navigate, Gripen E System Development, and eventually became the Director and Head of Air Mission Planning and Analysis Systems at Saab. Most recently, they held the role of Chief Operations in Simulators, Training and Support Systems at Saab.

Roger Liedberg completed their M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Linköping University, graduating in 1994. Prior to this, they attended Berzeliusskolan from 1983 to 1987, although no specific degree or field of study was provided.
