Brendan Leach

Brendan Leach has a long and varied work experience. Brendan began in 2006 as a Summer Undergraduate Research Experience with Genesys Engineering P.C., developing a lightweight hydrogen fuel cell for use in a power pack. In 2008, they held three positions at Clarkson University, including Clarkson Honors Thesis, Peer Tutor and Resident Advisor. In 2009, they were a LEAN Manufacturing COOP at General Electric Aviation, where they set up and launched LN01 and CF6 Forge Rotor Rutland Production System Cells and implemented a Pull Production system throughout the Forge Shop. In 2010, they began their career at Procter & Gamble, where they held six roles over the next twelve years, including Sales Category Management Director, Category Account Executive - Growth Analyst, Category Development Account Executive, Account Executive, Senior Engineer - Research & Development - Package Development - Global Skin Care Franchise (Olay), and Engineer - Research & Development - Package Development - Technical Design & Prototyping. In 2022, they began their current role as Sales Director at Saalt.

Brendan Leach obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University between 2007 and 2010.
