Mahasweta Ruj currently works as a Product Support Engineer at SaaS Labs and also holds a position in Sales Business Development. Prior to this, Mahasweta was a Business Development Executive at Extramarks Education India Pvt. Ltd. and a Customer Service Representative at Fusion BPO Services, where they handled customer escalations. Mahasweta is pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, after completing a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Biotechnology from Amity University Kolkata.
