Derrell Johnson

Derrell Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Derrell started their career as a Jr. Business Analyst at the Commonwealth of Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services in January 2013, where they worked until August 2014. Following this, they joined Ashland as an Information Technology Intern from September 2014 to September 2015, and later became the Global Computer Operations Team Lead from October 2015 to March 2017. In April 2017, Derrell joined the Commonwealth of Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services again, this time as a Product Owner/Technical Business Analyst. Derrell later joined SaaS Partners in July 2017 as the Chief Product Officer.

Derrell Johnson attended the University of Kentucky, where they studied Computer Engineering. Derrell also earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Pre-Engineering from Bluegrass Community and Technical College. In addition to their formal education, Derrell has obtained certifications including SAFe 4 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc., CompTIA A+, and ITIL V3 Foundation. The specific months and years of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
